SUMMARY:
Financial Controller Wanted: Spreadsheet Whisperer and Number Ninja.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight – Manage unit-level P&Ls, stock controls, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Process Leadership – Oversee invoicing, creditor payments, and month-end reporting with precision.
Audit & Compliance – Conduct on-site audits, enforce internal controls, and mitigate financial risks.
Team Management – Lead and develop a team of Unit Controllers to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Operational Support – Partner with operations to improve financial understanding and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Finance Degree – BCom Accounting or similar, with 3-5 years in a financial control role.
Systems Savvy – Proficient in Excel and comfortable with financial ERP systems (SAGE INTACCT experience is a plus).
Analytical Mindset – Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for spotting trends and anomalies.
