SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for property? We’re looking for a results-driven Financial Controller to take ownership of reporting, compliance, and financial strategy that drives performance across our property portfolio.

POSITION INFO:
Work with a leading property group, known for excellence and innovation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full financial control of property portfolios, from reporting to compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making
Ensure adherence to IFRS and tax regulations
Provide actionable insights that guide investment and business strategy

Skills & Requirements:

BCom
5+ years’ experience in finance (property industry experience highly desirable)
Strong ERP/property systems exposure
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
