POSITION INFO:
Our client is a market leader in end-to-end logistics, distribution, and supply chain solutions, with a footprint across Africa.

As a Financial Controller, you will be at the core of the organisation’s financial engine, working hand-in-hand with leadership teams to deliver clear insights, ensure robust financial governance, and unlock opportunities for growth. This is not just a numbers role, it’s a chance to be a true business partner in a sector that never stands still.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple divisions.
Driving compliance, governance, and internal controls with absolute accuracy.
Partnering with operations to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Streamlining processes and implementing systems for smarter, faster decision-making.
Playing a key role in strategic projects, cost optimisation, and capex planning.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Finance related BCom degree plus CIMA
5–8 years’ post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role.
Strong background in logistics, transport, supply chain, or FMCG sectors.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence decision-making, and partner with operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/BI reporting tools.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
