My client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take full ownership of financial governance across multiple entities - from the US to the UK and beyond. If you're commercially astute, technically strong, and passionate about building scalable financial frameworks, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing

Own monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across global entities (USD functional currency)
Manage outsourced and in-house accounting processes (US & UK entities)
Lead consolidated reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and foreign currency management
Oversee transfer pricing compliance and external audits
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align financial performance with business goals
Build robust financial dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making

What they're looking for

Accounting degree and SAICA Articles / CIMA / SAIPA qualified
5-8+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, or global operations
Proven experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments and intercompany transactions
Strong technical accounting background (IFRS knowledge essential)
Hands-on yet strategic - equally comfortable doing the work and directing the strategy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, analytical, and resilient with a bias for action and accountability
