POSITION INFO:
As our Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in overseeing the financial health of our manufacturing operations. This includes budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and supporting continuous improvement across our finance function. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior management, bringing financial clarity to decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Perform detailed cost accounting and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Partner with operations teams to drive efficiency and margin improvement
Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders
Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role
Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors (essential)
Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory controls
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
