About the Role
The financial controller will be based in Boskruin, Randburg and will assist with day-to-day financial reporting among other functions, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making
Maintain strong internal controls and oversee audit processes
Manage cash flow, including accounts receivable and payable
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage financial risk
Lead and support the finance team while collaborating across departments
Communicate key financial insights to senior stakeholders
Drive system improvements and support financial system implementation.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (completed or in progress)
5+ years’ experience in Accounting, and at least 2 years with people management experience
Solid understanding of local GAAP, tax regulations, intercompany reconciliations, year-end audits, and forex management
Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and system implementation, with a high level of IT literacy
Key strengths include leadership, collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and continuous process improvement.
