POSITION INFO:
Our client is a well-established and growing property group with a diverse portfolio and a strong reputation within the market. The business operates in a dynamic environment where sound financial management, commercial insight and accurate reporting are key to continued growth. We are looking for a technically strong Financial Controller to take ownership of the financial control environment and provide strategic financial insight across the property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA(SA) who enjoys being hands-on, commercially involved and playing a key role within the broader business. You will oversee financial reporting, controls, month-end processes and the integrity of financial information, while partnering with senior management to support sound business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full financial control and reporting function Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Drive month-end and year-end reporting processes Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance Review reconciliations, journals and balance sheet integrity Provide meaningful financial insights to senior management Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) 3+ years post article experience Property experience beneficial MDA experience non-negotiable Apply now!
