As a Financial Controller, you’ll take charge of the full accounting and reporting function for several entities, leading a team of Financial and Junior Financial Accountants. You'll drive financial excellence, ensure compliance, manage reporting cycles, and be a key player in audits, tax, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly management reporting, reconciliations, and analysis across multiple entities
Prepare and review VAT, income tax, and deferred tax calculations and submissions
Drive internal and external audit readiness, including SOX control documentation
Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and fixed asset accounting

Job Experience and Skills Required

CA(SA) accreditation is essential.

3–5 years in a similar financial leadership role
Strong reporting, tax, and compliance experience
