As the Financial Data & Pricing Analyst, you’ll report directly to the Financial Manager and become the analytical powerhouse behind the company’s scaling strategy. From building dashboards to shaping pricing models, automating reporting to preparing commercial insights, your work will help leadership see the story behind the numbers and make decisions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data, pricing models, billing accuracy and key performance drivers
• Sort, clean and structure large datasets using advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and insight generation
• Build dashboards and automated models to help senior leadership visualise performance and trends
• Support pricing strategy, margin optimisation and customer profitability analysis
• Assist with business and system automation to drive operational efficiency
• Prepare ad hoc financial, data and commercial insights to support scaling and decision making
• Collaborate with finance, operations and commercial teams to improve data integrity and process flow

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or similar
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in data analysis and pricing
• Advanced MS Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and modelling)
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Must come from the courier / express / logistics / road freight industry - non-negotiable
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information for senior leadership
• Passion for automation, accuracy and continuous improvement
