SUMMARY:
A rapidly scaling organization in the courier and logistics industry is seeking a dynamic Financial Data & Pricing Analyst to drive data accuracy, pricing intelligence and commercial insight across their business.

POSITION INFO:

Reporting to the Financial Manager, this role is ideal for someone who loves transforming raw data into meaningful stories, building dashboards, automating reporting and shaping pricing strategy. You’ll become the analytical engine behind operational performance, financial optimization and business growth.

If you’re passionate about turning data into direction and commercial impact, this role offers high exposure, real influence and hands-on involvement in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, pricing models, billing accuracy and key performance drivers.
Clean, structure and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel skills.
Build dashboards, automated models and visual tools to support senior leadership.
Support the pricing strategy, margin optimisation and customer profitability analysis.
Assist with automation across finance, systems and business processes.
Prepare ad hoc financial, analytical and commercial insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with finance, operations and commercial teams to improve data integrity and workflow.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or similar.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with hands-on data analysis and pricing experience.
Advanced MS Excel (complex formulas, modelling, pivot tables, and Power Query).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools.
Courier / express / logistics / road freight industry experience is essential (non-negotiable).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information for senior leadership.
Passion for automation, accuracy, data integrity and continuous improvement.
