POSITION INFO:
If you're a CA(SA) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Financial Director or Senior Finance Executive role, and you understand how to translate numbers into growth strategies, then this is your chance to lead from the front. This is more than a title; it’s a mission-critical leadership position at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full finance function, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance
Direct oversight of financial strategy, cash flow management, and risk mitigation, including hedging and forex exposure
Drive financial governance in line with IFRS, company policies, and JSE regulatory frameworks
Play a critical role in procurement finance, ensuring cost controls and vendor optimization
Lead and mentor the finance team, embedding a high-performance culture
Oversee IT systems from a finance leadership perspective, ensure ERP integration supports financial and operational needs

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified Chartered Accountant
Minimum of 3 years in a Financial Director or similar senior finance leadership role
Strong understanding of hedging, treasury functions, and foreign exchange exposure
