Job & Company Description:
My client is a multinational company. They have multiple distribution channels in South Africa and have partnered up with well-known retailers in Africa. They have been operating for over 2 centuries and have over 15 products that they manufacture.

The purpose of the role as a Financial Director is to lead the company in strategic areas related to the business.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) / ACMA or BCom Honours
Be open to travel to the various branches
Experience: 6 years or more
Industry: Manufacturing, FMCG or Engineering
Excellent people management skills
Negotiation skills
Strategy
Mergers and acquisitions
Financial reporting
Human Resource function
Finance and administration
Marketing (planning, pricing, promoting and distributing of the company's products)
Production
Technical and procurement
Sales
