My client, who is one of the leading global and JSE listed FMCG/services entities, has an opportunity for a seasoned Financial Executive, with strong skills, to head up the finance department for one of their divisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
This business has been in operation for many decades and they pride themself on the production and distribution of various fast moving consumer goods, loved and trusted by consumers world-wide. They boast a large local and global presence in the manufacturing of products within the portfolio of edible, home and personal care and continue to take up market share year on year.

They seek to employ a solid Financial Director to lead the finance tam for one of the business units. Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include conducting risk management, evaluating and initiating investments and variance analysis and reporting to name but a few.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Must be CA(SA) qualified
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role – preferably in the FMCG/services environment – or similar
Strong staff engagement, management and development skills
Strategic and hands on operational experience
Executive management exposure (Executive Committee member)
