Job Description and Company:

My client is a global leader within the food production industry, with a century of experience manufacturing and delivering their products across Africa. Additionally, the business prides themselves on their community initiatives that support education efforts within underprivileged communities.

The successful incumbent of the role will work closely with the Managing Director. The desirables of the role include leading a cross functional team, working with shared services, the plant, and sales team. The Financial Director will be responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and governance as well as providing financial insights, budgets, forecast and formulating strategic plans to ensure achievement of the profitability agenda. The role also includes the reviewing of financial packs and trade spending.

Requirements:

CA(SA) or CIMA
6 years’ experience in the FMCG environment
In depth knowledge of plant production line
