Key Responsibilities:

Lead with impact: Craft and execute financial strategy, planning, and performance management
Own the numbers: Keep budgets tight, costs lean, and forecasts precise
Champion cash flow: Drive project finance, costing, and investor funding because construction never waits
Empower decisions: Deliver clear, powerful financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
Manage risk & reward: Oversee contracts, commercial matters, and shareholder confidence
Be the trusted voice: Act as financial advisor to executives, board, and stakeholders

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
8+ years leading a full finance function (ideally in construction or project-driven industries).
Syspro experience is non-negotiable
Proven people leadership skills with the ability to engage from site staff to C-suite
A strategic communicator who thrives on collaboration and commercial problem-solving
