POSITION INFO:

A multinational employer of choice is looking for a vibrant Financial Director to join their team in Kenya. This company forms part of a robust, JSE listed holding company. It is a strong brand with a strong ethos that values respect, diversity, and inclusion. The group invests in the development of its staff and offers stability. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with a high IQ. The role will be an expat role offering standard expat benefits and an annual return flight ticket. The role will include duties such as:

Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
Budgetary planning
Analysing the financial climate and market trends to assist in strategic planning
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
Monthly and annual reporting
Minimize financial risk
Staff management, hiring and training

Qualifications & Experience

CA(SA)
7 or more years’ experience in the services industry
