Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the full financial function: Reporting, compliance, budgeting, and analysis
• Deliver clear financial insights that support key business decisions
• Improve systems, controls, and processes for better efficiency
• Collaborate across departments to support operational and strategic goals
• Report directly to senior leadership and have visibility at the top

• CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or up to 2 years post-articles)
• Strong technical foundation and a sharp commercial mind
• Hands-on, proactive, and eager to step into a leadership role
• Mining articles? Even better, but not essential
