This established business with a national footprint is looking for a Financial Manager who brings more than technical accuracy to the table, someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates with influence, and understands the levers that drive performance. You’ll be surrounded by intellectual people who value facts, figures, and someone who knows how to back their decisions with confidence. The role needs a finance lead who can engage with various teams, make things happen across divisions, and bring clarity to complexity. Other duties include:

Full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Managing capex, cost controls, and balance sheet integrity
Overseeing working capital, procurement processes, and stock reconciliations
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the business
Presenting financial results and insights to regional and executive leadership

Education:

CA(SA) qualification essential

Job Experience & Skills required:

Minimum 4 years’ post-articles experience in a mid to large business
Proven ability to manage the full financial function
Commercial mindset and confidence in leading conversations across all levels
Ability to influence and engage with operational teams and non-finance stakeholders
Experience on Oracle ERP highly advantageous
