POSITION INFO:
A respected and growing industrial business is seeking a Financial Manager to take ownership of the full finance function. From reporting and compliance to forecasting and cash flow, this is your opportunity to lead a team, influence operations, and drive business performance.

Duties:

Delivering monthly management reports and annual statutory accounts
Preparing tax packs and handling all income tax and provisional returns
Managing internal and external audit engagements
Leading cash flow, forecasting, and supplier relationships
Running weekly budgets, month-end procedures, and journal approvals
Overseeing the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Ensuring ERP control, supplier detail accuracy, and VAT/statutory payments
Aligning stock accuracy with operations and resolving variances
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations across a 9-entity group

What Do You Need?:

Professional qualification: CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA
Minimum 5 years in a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant role
High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Advanced Excel skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to lead under pressure and solve complex finance challenges
A mindset that values control, compliance, and continuous improvement
