We’re looking for a Financial Manager to take the reins on the financial health of thriving property portfolios, game-changing developments, and high-value investments — ensuring compliance, boosting performance, and delivering insights that shape the future of real estate.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements for multiple property entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for property portfolios and developments.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, SARS regulations, and property-specific tax legislation (including VAT on property transactions).
Partner with auditors, property managers, and asset management teams to support audits and deliver strategic financial insights.
Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

BCom in Accounting,
5+ years financial management experience, preferably within the property industry.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, VAT implications on property transactions, and sectional title accounting (advantageous).
Hands-on experience with property ERP systems (e.g., MDA, MRI, or similar).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide key business decisions.
