POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full financial management function: reporting, forecasting, and budgets.
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 10 finance professionals.
Implement and improve financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Provide strategic insights that guide decision-making and business performance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
At least 3 years’ post-articles experience in a Financial Manager role.
Strong leadership experience with a proven track record managing teams.
Advanced Excel skills and solid systems knowledge.
A sharp eye for detail and the drive to push finance beyond the numbers.
