POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well-established engineering company, is seeking a Financial Manager (CA(SA)) with 6 years post-articles experience to oversee the full accounting function and drive the finance team forward. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, contribute to company growth, and make an impact at both operational and strategic levels.

Duties:

Manage the full financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Lead the preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS standards.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost control processes.
Liaise with auditors, SARS, and other external stakeholders.
Provide strategic financial insights to support senior management decisions.
Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Education and experience:

CA(SA) qualification.
Minimum of 6 years post-articles experience in a similar role.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors is advantageous.
