POSITION INFO:
We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee and optimize our consumer lending portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights that influence high-stakes decisions in one of South Africa’s most competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the consumer lending division
Monitor and manage credit risk exposure and lending KPIs
Provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (NCA, SARB guidelines, and IFRS)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, sales, and risk

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA) preferred)
5+ years of experience in a financial management role within banking
Proven track record in consumer lending or unsecured lending portfolios
Analytical thinker with solid understanding of credit risk, collections, and loan performance metrics
