POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can hit the ground running, take ownership of the full finance function, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full financial function — from budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to compliance and audits.
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial statements, and Board reports.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and financial risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with operations to improve financial performance and support strategic growth.

Requirements:

BCom Accounting / Finance Degree (CA(SA) or CIMA qualification advantageous).
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a financial management role, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or water treatment industries.
Proven experience managing audits, budgets, and financial systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Availability to start immediately or within a very short notice period.
