As the Finance Manager, you will play a central role in shaping financial processes, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic decision-making for a business that continues to grow and evolve. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Lead and mentor a finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance excellence
• Strengthen financial controls and support internal and external audit processes
• Provide clear financial insights to senior leadership to guide strategic and operational decisions
• Drive process improvements, cost optimisation, and system efficiencies

• A completed BCom degree + SAICA/SAIPA articles
• At least 5 years of management experience within finance
• Exposure to the manufacturing industry is essential
• Working knowledge of Cognos for reporting and analysis
