SUMMARY:
A leading retail and e-commerce powerhouse, known for its rapid growth and strong national footprint, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in the Cape Town City Bowl.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on FM who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced, stock-intensive environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performance culture.
You will oversee the full finance function while driving operational efficiencies, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading a capable team in an ever-evolving business landscape.

POSITION INFO:
Education & Experience Required:

BCom Degree + completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles
3–5 years post-articles experience in a full-function Financial Manager role
Exposure to Retail, FMCG, or stock-heavy environments highly advantageous
Proven ability to operate effectively in a busy, fast-moving business

Skills & Competencies:

Full-function accounting & financial reporting
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Advanced analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail in a high-pressure setting
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow
Hands-on, intelligent, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
