As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial expertise, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving business performance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the full financial management function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain financial policies, controls, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for executive review.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.
Conduct cost analysis and support pricing strategies related to packaging materials and production.
Manage audits, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting accuracy and continuous improvement.
Liaise with banks, external auditors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure, and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
advantageous).
Professional certification such as , CIMA, ACCA, or similar is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production finance.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
