SUMMARY:
A dynamic and growing services-focused organisation is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen its finance function. This role is ideally suited to a CA(SA) with 2–5 years’ post-articles experience who thrives in a people-centric, fast-paced, and commercially driven environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end financial management for a services-based business
Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Revenue recognition, cost control, and margin analysis
Cash flow management and working capital oversight
Preparation and review of annual financial statements
Managing the audit process and liaising with external auditors
Partnering with operational and business leaders to support decision-making
Continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and systems
Leading and mentoring junior finance team members

Minimum Requirements

Qualified CA(SA)
2–5 years post-articles experience, ideally within a services environment
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
