Are you an experienced Financial Manager ready to take ownership of the finance function within a well-established retail organisation?

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
This reputable retail company is seeking a seasoned, commercially minded Financial Manager to join their team based in Randburg.
The role is ideally suited to a BCom Honours–qualified professional with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function, driving financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial management function
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team

Job Experience & Qualifications:

BCom degree (essential)
BCom Honours (preferred)
5+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
Retail industry experience (highly advantageous)
Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial acumen
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
