SUMMARY:
A leading, well-established financial services group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Group Finance team. This is a high-impact role suited to a technically strong finance professional who enjoys working at group level and leading people.

POSITION INFO:
Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in group reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial oversight across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Performing group consolidations across multiple entities
Preparation of Group Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Preparation and review of Group Management Accounts
Providing strong technical accounting input, particularly around consolidations
Leading and mentoring a small finance team
Liaising with auditors and key internal stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

CA(SA) qualification preferred
5+ years post-articles experience
Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
Prior insurance industry exposure is advantageous
Proven ability to lead and manage a team
Confident, professional presence with the ability to operate at senior level
