Are you a recently qualified or early-career CA(SA) ready to step into a high-impact finance role within a fast-moving FMCG environment?
An established and growing FMCG business based in KZN is looking for an ambitious Assistant Finance Manager to partner closely with senior leadership, drive commercial insight, and support operational excellence across the business.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Finance Manager in overseeing the full finance function
Monthly management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Commercial and operational finance support to key stakeholders
Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
Assisting with audits, statutory reporting, and year-end processes
Driving continuous improvement in processes and reporting

What we’re looking for:

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
Experience within FMCG / manufacturing / high-volume environments is highly advantageous
Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to work at pace
Hands-on, detail-driven, and proactive
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
