POSITION INFO:

Company and Job Description:
This is not a back-office technical role. This position offers direct exposure to leadership, client engagement and business development within a structured professional services environment.

You will operate at management level from day one — leading teams, engaging with clients and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The environment suits a commercially aware CA(SA) who wants visibility, responsibility and influence early in their post-articles career.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and mentoring junior team members
Overseeing client engagements and deliverables
Driving operational efficiency within the team
Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship growth
Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Contributing to strategic planning and performance improvement

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

CA(SA) – Newly Qualified

Experience:

0–1 year post-qualification experience
Strong preference for candidates coming from an auditing firm environment
Leadership exposure during articles advantageous

Skills & Attributes:

Strong technical accounting and audit foundation
People management capability
Commercial acumen and business-savvy mindset
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Driven, ambitious and performance-oriented

Remuneration:
R600 000 – R800 000 per annum
