A market-leading infrastructure and technology business is looking for a highly technical and hands-on Financial Manager to join their finance team.

Key Requirements:

CA(SA) or CIMA qualification essential.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role.
Strong IFRS16 experience is non-negotiable.
Advanced MS Excel skills required.
Hands-on finance approach with strong attention to detail.
Stable career track record with long-term tenure in previous companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the full financial function within a complex operational environment.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
Ensure accurate IFRS16 accounting and compliance.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Support audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with operational teams to improve financial performance.
Maintain strong controls, governance, and reporting accuracy.
