POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
You’ll form part of an established finance team responsible for overseeing the full finance function and supporting business operations across the organisation. This role is ideal for a Financial Manager who enjoys financial reporting, commercial analysis, process improvement, and partnering closely with operational teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full finance function, including reporting and financial controls
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes
Manage audit preparation and Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Partner with operational teams to support cost management and profitability initiatives

Job Experience & Skills Required :
Strong financial management and reporting experience
Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
BCom Degree in Accounting (essential)
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)
3–5 years’ experience within a Financial Management role
Food & Beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industry experience advantageous
