POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
You’ll form part of a high-performing finance team responsible for overseeing the full finance function and supporting strategic decision making across the business. This role is ideal for a Financial Manager who thrives in a deadline driven environment and enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders to improve reporting, controls, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
Manage audit preparation and Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Support operational and executive teams with financial reporting and business performance analysis
Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee reconciliations

Job Experience & Skills Required :
Strong financial management and reporting experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT or telecommunications environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and commercial acumen
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)
3–5 years’ experience within a Financial Management or Senior Accounting role
IT, telecommunications, or technology industry experience advantageous
