You will lead a team while driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the reconciliation function. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the financial reconciliations function. Oversee complex balance sheet and account reconciliations. Manage and review VAT reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop the reconciliations team. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. Ensure strong financial controls and accurate reporting. Drive continuous improvement within reconciliation processes. Work closely with the wider finance team to support financial integrity. Job Experience and Skills Required Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential. Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience. Proven experience managing a finance team. Strong background in financial reconciliations. Solid experience with VAT reconciliations. Experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to financial accuracy.
