POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Drive business performance through financial analysis, insights, and strategic interventions Lead budgeting, forecasting, target setting, and resource allocation processes Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles while ensuring compliance with financial controls Prepare executive presentations, board packs, and variance analysis reports Partner with local and global stakeholders to enhance planning, forecasting, and business performance Drive growth, margin improvement, pricing strategies, and performance management initiatives Lead end-to-end budget processes and identify risks and opportunities to achieve targets Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital finance initiatives Deliver high-quality reporting, commentary, and decision-support information to leadership teams Manage overhead forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimisation initiatives Lead, develop, and mentor finance team members while fostering an inclusive culture Skills & Experience: 12 to 15 years of finance experience across multiple finance disciplines Strong business partnering experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and reporting Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments.
