POSITION INFO:
Job Description: This position involves: Driving business performance through strategic financial analysis and commercial insights Leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, and target-setting processes Providing financial guidance and decision-support to senior leadership teams Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles Developing executive reporting packs, board presentations, and performance commentary Leading performance management initiatives to drive growth and profitability Identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions to achieve financial targets Partnering with business leaders on resource allocation and long-term strategic planning Driving finance transformation, automation, and digitalisation initiatives Leading and developing a high-performing finance team while supporting talent growth and succession planning Overseeing overhead management, forecasting, controls, and cost optimisation initiatives Skills & Experience: Proven success in senior finance leadership and business partnering roles Strong experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving ability Experience operating within large, complex, and fast-paced organisations Strong project management and change management capabilities Advanced financial systems knowledge and reporting expertise Exceptional communication and leadership skills Qualification: CA (SA) OR CIMA (non-negotiable) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
