SUMMARY:
A professional financial services firm, with a national footprint, is seeking an experienced Group Financial Manager to oversee the financial management of multiple entities and provide strategic support to the Group CEO.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements B.Com Honours and CA(SA) (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role within a multi-entity environment. Strong experience in VAT, payroll, management accounts, AFS and statutory reporting. Expert proficiency in Xero and Eureka . Experience managing teams through Supervisors. Group reporting experience essential. Trust accounting and property entity experience advantageous. Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function across multiple entities. Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts. Oversee banking, payments, cash flow and intercompany reconciliations. Ensure VAT, payroll and statutory compliance. Coordinate annual financial statements, audits and regulatory submissions. Manage fixed assets, insurance portfolios and financial controls. Oversee Billing & Debtors, Administration, CIPC, Process Management and IT functions. Provide outsourced Financial Management services to selected clients.
