Financial Manager | CA(SA) | Swellendam 

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the financial management and reporting function. Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes. Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commercial insight to management. Manage cash flow, working capital and financial planning. Coordinate audit requirements and statutory reporting. Partner with operational stakeholders to improve financial and business performance. Job Experience and Skills Required CA(SA) - essential. 2-3 years' post-article experience. Strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise. Experience within agriculture or a related operational industry preferred. Strong commercial and analytical ability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, operational environment. Fluent in both Afrikaans and English. Willing and able to be based in Swellendam, Western Cape .
