Great opportunity to join a small team at a boutique Investment Manager as a Financial Manager.

This role incorporates the full finance function of the company and reports directly to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone wanting to grow and expand their knowledge within asset management.

This role is based in Cape Town.

Key job functions:

Financial accounting and reporting, incl. annual financial statements, budget preparation, management reports
Strategy, incl. project implementation
Statutory requirements, incl. VAT, income tax
Regulatory corporate governance, incl. risk assessments, business insurance
Company Secretariat duties, incl. organising AGM and board meetings
and more

Ideally looking for:

Accounting degree
3-5 years' experience in Financial Services, as a Financial Manager or Management Accountant
Proactive individual, good decision making skills and ability to solve problems
Accurate and high attention to detail
Good levels of integrity, responsibility and accountability
