Employee Benefits Administration team seeks a Financial Manager to join them!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Employee Benefits Administration team seeks a Financial Manager to join them! This role is responsible for the full financial management for the business and reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation of management accounts
Coordination of year end audit
Management of the finance team and department
Reporting and monitoring on legislative cash holding
Statutory returns, VAT & PAYE, Income Tax etc.
Management of working capital
Responsible for FSB and AFS submissions
Annual budget and forecasting
Payroll, ensuring payments are made timeously

Requirements:

Minimum of CA(SA) qualified
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' post qualified experience in the retirement funds or financial services industry sought
Strong financial and business acumen
Good team management and leadership skills
