On a search for an experienced financial manager interested in an opportunity to advance their skill set with a global FMCG/manufacturing business in PMB.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
Our client is a JSE listed business with decades of experience within the manufacturing industry and has a large footprint across the SADC region and with more than 5 decades in operation.

They seek to employ a solid financial executive with strong leadership skill who will be responsible for driving the strategic agenda of the business unit.

Qualifications:
Must have a Degree in Finance/Accounting – or related
Must have completed articles
Must have strong business acumen

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Min 5 years’ related experience preferably in the FMCG industry - or similar

Key Responsibilities:

Staff management engagement, management and development
Ensure standard cost price of the products is maintained
Audit compliance
Financial administration and reporting
Employee relations and management
Contribute to the business' strategy development and review
