SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department, drive reporting excellence, and support strategic financial decisionâmaking, East Rand

POSITION INFO:
Objective:

To oversee the operations of the Finance Department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to ensure these are met

Key Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Streamline reporting processes and ensure deadlines are met
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Manage financeârelated projects and deliverables

Requirements
Essential:

Matric + BCom in Finance/Accounting
5+ years’ experience in financial management
Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls
Team leadership experience
Audit, compliance, and financial modelling exposure

Advantageous:

CA(SA) or similar qualification
Experience in insurance or financial services
ERP/financial systems experience
