Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Registration as a Chartered Accountant with
SAICA
At least 5 years’ experience in a private hospital with senior financial management experience

Skills and Knowledge:

Solid financial management controls
Knowledge of regulatory / legislation driving financial management practices
Knowledge and application of medical aid tariffs
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Good strategic & problem-solving skills
Strong leadership qualities
Strong IT skills

Accountability and Responsibility:

The successful candidate will assume responsibility and accountability in terms of the following: -

Group financial management
Preparation of Budget and Forecast – Annual Budget / Forecast, Project Developments
Cash Flow Preparation and Forecast projections
Procurement / Purchase Management
