SUMMARY:
A multi national Retail and FMCG conglomerate is seeking to take on an Impressive Financial Manager with extensive mangement exposure and leadership skills

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Bcom Honours Degree
Strong consolidations and analysis experience
Group Reporting experience
3-4 years of experience

Responsibilities:
Review and process General Ledger journals for the month
Produce accurate, timeous and meaningful Board and EXCO reports for the South African Group
Ensure accrurate reporting of external subsidiaries and associates
Preparation and analysis of the monthly consolidation for the South African Group
Produce group monthly management accounts
Monitor variances between actual results, forecast and budget and analyse reasons for variances
Provide meaningful analysis of and insights into the group financial information
Reporting month end results to external shareholders
Maintenance and monitoring of intergroup loan accounts
Maintaining investment registers
Perform accounting-based due diligence on potential mergers and acquisitions as well as accounting treatment
Assist with the collation of information from external subsidiaries and associates
