Job & Company Description:
Our client is a reputable company that operates within various industry sectors, and they have a global footprint. They are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager (Senior level) to join their team. The successful incumbent for this role will directly manage 3 staff and will be responsible for the management of the full finance function. As this role will be involved with Freight and Logistics across borders, prior exposure will be required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Financial & Operational Reporting/Review
Strategic Business Planning
Budgeting & Forecasting
Profit & Loss Management
Cost Saving & Improvements
Financial Modelling
Risk Management
Internal Controls & Compliance

Education and Experience:

CA(SA) with 4-6 years’ post articles experience
Minimum of 2 years’ staff management experience
Must come from the Freight & Logistics, Import & Export, Fleet Management, or similar industry sector
Experience within a listed environment is highly advantageous
Must have a stable working track record
