Are you a CA(SA) finance leader with a proven track record in Private Client Wealth? Ready to make a real impact at executive level?
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive Group Finance and the Advice business, working closely with the CEO, CFO, Exco, and Regional Heads.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Lead accurate and timely financial reporting for the Group and Advice business
Partner with Exco, Advisors, and stakeholders (Auditors, Investors, Lawyers)
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee debtors management and Annual Financial Statements
Manage audits, group consolidations, and IFRS compliance
Lead long-term share incentive schemes and liaise with regulators
Inspire and mentor a high-performing finance team
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

What You Bring:

CA(SA) – non-negotiable
10+ years’ experience in finance, within the Private Client Wealth or Investment industry
Deep knowledge of IFRS, Group Consolidation, Tax (Corporate, Employee, VAT), and Companies Act requirements
Strong leadership, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Microsoft packages proficiency (Accpac/Pastel advantageous)
