POSITION INFO:
Our client is a wellâestablished, growthâoriented organisation based in Johannesburg North. They are looking for an FP&A Analyst to partner with finance leadership and operational teams, delivering accurate forecasts, performance analysis, and actionable insights. The role sits close to the business, offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning within a fastâpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast cycles
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and performance packs
Deliver variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial insights
Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
Partner with business units to understand drivers and risks
Assist with longârange planning and scenario analysis
Support commercial initiatives through dataâdriven analysis
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom / BAcc or equivalent 3âyear Finance qualification
CA(SA), CIMA, or studying towards a professional qualification advantageous
4+ years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Ability to communicate insights to nonâfinance stakeholders
Comfortable working in a deadlineâdriven environment
