POSITION INFO:
An innovative and agile fintech company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Financial Accountant to join its dynamic finance team. With a growing footprint across multiple African regions, this organization is reshaping access to financial services through cutting-edge technology and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Oversee key reconciliation processes and conduct revenue assurance checks.
Manage financial balancing and partner settlements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
Contribute to process automation initiatives.
Maintain robust financial controls and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Part-qualified or newly qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent).
External audit experience is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Experience with financial systems such as Xero or NetSuite is beneficial.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and reconcile complex accounts.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
